For Resort ’22, Miuccia Prada slashes (literally) sartorial archetypes to create a modern wardrobe of hand-worked staples that’s as unconventional as our reality—and sates our desire to show off ample skin. On cue, skirts and trousers slouch below the hips; mini skirts, sweaters, and shirts are dramatically cropped; and stunning dresses are embellished with a similar cut-and-paste spirit. This button-front mini skirt has a retro feel with its houndstooth tweed construction knit from touches of wool and cotton. Dress it down with a cropped tee from this season.
